Indian tea (chai) indische Gewürz Tee mit Milch

Chai is a very famous Indian hot drink. Most of my German friends like it a lot. To make Chai, first and foremost step is to decide how many cup tea you want to make. Obviously you can dilute it, but it is always better to consider the quantity beforehand.
Ingredients for two cup tea:

1 cup water
1 cup milk
Some flavors like grated ginger, tea masala, cardamom, Tulsi or fresh Basilikum
1 Tsp Chai patti /  Black tea powder / schwarztee
1 Tsp sugar (as per taste)
Before explaining the method, I want to mention that I use tea more as a medicine for cold. In that case according to Ayurveda, Ginger and Basil are the good choices as flavors because they are `hot`by nature. If you live in Hot climate like India, I would  say,  you must use cardamom or mint leaves as flavor because of their  ´cold´nature.  In fact I drank tea with fennel and cardamom seeds too. So actually it is just a matter of choice what to use. Never use Lemon as flavor because it will make curdled tea.
Method:
First boil water and add the herbs, it will enhance the flavor and prevent curdling of milk due to ginger. Then add tea powder, at last add milk and  sugar. To mix sweetner just make it without sugar and add that afterwards. Give it a nice boil and filter it then enjoy it hot.
