Why to
study in Germany?
1. Quality education : german
universities are very high ranking and basically the education is application
based. Since I worked in a university I sometimes felt that an average bachelor
student knew more than an Indian phd student. Also Germans really value
knowledge and open about sharing resources. You can casually go to a library
and read books and no one will bother you.
2. Very nice, safe and enjoyable social
life: since my last 8 years in Germany I never felt unsafe. Sometimes I even
stay in library and gym till 12 pm.i made so many friends who still stand up
for me. The diversity and acceptance to other cultures is remarkable in
Germany.
3.
Learn
a New Language : German is most spoken language in Europe. It is the most widely spoken and official or co-official language in
Germany, Austria, Switzerland,
South
Tyrol in Italy,
the German-speaking Community of
Belgium and Liechtenstein. So learning german language opened so
many career doors for me.
4.
Low Or No Tuition Fees : you
only have to show sufficient funds in your blocked account. Otherwise tution
fee is low and zero in most cases. You just have to pay semester fee in
university.
5.
More opportunity for
scholarships:
6.
Low cost of living : public
transport card, student discounts
7. Travel Europe on a student visa : schönes wochenende card, bus
coupons, hostel stays.
8. Countless Degree Courses : many
courses are in English too. Or if not you can learn german language in
university through DSH course.
9.
Work
Opportunities For International Students : The
German law states that international students are allowed to work part-time for
up to 20 hours a week or 120 full days of a year.
