How To Freeze Fruits

Buying fruits in bulk when they are in season and then freezing them is a great way to save money on groceries (when they’re at their lowest price), this also lets you enjoy your favorite fruits year round.
Freezing is a method of food preservation that is much quicker than canning and no fancy or expensive kitchen gadgets are required. The majority of fruits freeze satisfactorily and it’s a simple task to accomplish.

How To Freeze Vegetables

Garden-good vegetables all year round–so wonderfully tasty, and so easy to freeze! Save money on groceries by stocking up now on fresh produce–the quality and prices can’t be beat when vegetables are in season (better yet if you grow your own!).
You can freeze perfectly most vegetables which you’d cook before serving. Salad vegetables lose crispness when thawed; however, cabbage, celery, and peppers may be scalded and frozen for use in cooking–or unscalded green peppers frozen for limited storage.

Home made Chocolates

Its one of the easiest and versatile recipe. You just have to buy any kind of chocolates and melt it in Microwave or by double boiler method and then add dried fruits and nuts to it. I do not encourage use of microwave so I am using double boiler method i.e. took water in a pan and cooking chocolate to the Porcelain Bowls and melted chocolate by the heat of warm water. Also I added some butter and butter vanilla to give gloss and flavour to chocolate. Then I put chocolate in the mould and tapped it and let it cool.
