Kadhi Joghurt curry recipe

Kadhi is a beloved indian curry. Its tasty, healthy and very easy to make.
Kadhi recipe:
Ingredients:
1 tsp oil
1 pack joghurt or buttermilk
1 tsp besan or kichererbsenmehl
1/2 tsp mixed spices (methi or fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds or Senfkörner, turmeric 1 pinch asafoetida)
Salt to taste
If necessary add some water to dilute yogurt.  Add besan and salt  to it and mix it. Now in pan, heat oil and add spices to it. When spices crackle than add yogurt mixture to it. Let it boil to make it a bit viscous like sauce. You can either have it as such with rice or you can add some zero oil pakodas to it. Enjoy! !

Zero oil pakoda recipe

Today I recieved a pop cake maker. I find this very useful to make non fried snacks. In fact, I like fried food but not procedure of frying.
Zero oil pakoda recipe
Ingredients: 1 cup besan or chick peo flour (kichererbsenmehl)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp caron seeds
Salt to taste
Water
Procedure: mix everything and add enough water to make a thick cake like batter.
Heat cake pop maker or appam (paniarum) pan. Cook it for few minute and pakodas are ready.
