Kadhi is a beloved indian curry. Its tasty, healthy and very easy to make.
Kadhi recipe:
Ingredients:
1 tsp oil
1 pack joghurt or buttermilk
1 tsp besan or kichererbsenmehl
1/2 tsp mixed spices (methi or fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds or Senfkörner, turmeric 1 pinch asafoetida)
Salt to taste

If necessary add some water to dilute yogurt. Add besan and salt to it and mix it. Now in pan, heat oil and add spices to it. When spices crackle than add yogurt mixture to it. Let it boil to make it a bit viscous like sauce. You can either have it as such with rice or you can add some zero oil pakodas to it. Enjoy! !
